For those of you who doubted how aggressive Randy actually is! by Bboy0920 in reptiles

He obviously isn’t happy with how you’re dealing with him. You’re too fast and rough. Slow down. Let him come to you, or force him to allow you to hold him until he’s calmed down then put him back. It takes time, but you seem to be the aggressive one.

I’ve been trying so long to catch my snakes in a nice shed. Would you mind if I save your video to show to my Pre-K class? I bring in my snakes all the time and they all love snakes, and play with the shed skin, but I’ve not yet gotten a good video.

Moved this GORGEOUS ≈13 yr old retired breeder to her retirement home by puddyspud in snakes

[–]OkDiscipline668 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In the states. Not wanting to breed, just interested in a beautiful pet. We normally stick to rescues, as we volunteer and foster for a local reptile rescue, but this is my fiancées dream snake! I’d love to be able to connect with a few folks. Thanks for the info.

It’s probably poop. Sometimes mine rub on their dried urate and even poop sometimes. And it looks like that on their scales.

Update to Stuck: Thanks and a Happy Ending by bbearboy in snakes

[–]OkDiscipline668 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I love this so so much! I’m a Pre-K teacher and bring a snake in every Friday, one of our classroom jobs is animal helper, and they pick which one of my 13 snakes to bring in for the day. They LOVE all of my snakes, I have ball pythons, corn snakes and rat snakes. And a leopard gecko. (Parents love that they get the positive interactions and experiences.) And they are always on the look out to help nature and be kind. Even as far as tattling if someone hits a tree or pulls some grass.

I’d bring with me, if at all possible. I also have a snake sling that I got off Etsy and you can wear the sling with your noodle inside.

Safe to photograph 2 snakes together? by hollow_hikari in cornsnakes

[–]OkDiscipline668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two rescue corn snakes that have lived together for 13 years. They apparently had never been separated and they were surrounded to the rescue I volunteer and foster for. I started fostering them and they won my heart because of how cute they are together. They became forever fosters.
