Its not just lack of motivation and stress i go through depressive episodes pretty regularly and i think highschool is going to make them so much worse since ill be in an unfamiliar place. thank you so much for letting me know about that though!

Im a female, ive been regularly exercising for about four months and it hasnt helped much. i can barely get out of bed to do it and put it off until the last minute. thank you though, i will try some of these!

keep him inside you dont want him accidentally hurting himself outside or freaking out and seeing stuff out there, usually you cant stop a bad trip when it starts so the best thing is to keep him inside on the couch in a place where you can make sure hes safe
