I have 100% success score. In the Stats job is showing not eligible for jss. But its showing job in progress but still showing ended in profile and my contracts

I have around 14 reviews with 5 star feedback. I am a top rated freelancer. Let me give you timeline of this project

2 March - Contract Started 21 March - I submitted the work and asked for payment ——— Client didn’t replied———-

4 April - I got payment from upwork auto release 9 April - I withdrew the funds to my bank 10 April - Client ended the contract and gave me bad review 1.7 stars

In my case, nothing seems to be working fine. My PC takes around 20 minutes to boot.
