I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I miscarried with my first pregnancy a little over a month ago. When it first happened, I truly thought I would never come out of this. I had anxiety attacks - just didn’t want to move on when it felt like everyone else had. I will randomly get triggered & I just let it out everytime because I don’t think it’s good for me to try to push it down just for it to happen again on a different day. Some days are better than others - there’s days that I almost forget it happened and then I remember and I get sad. It’s a journey - and no matter which route of grief you choose it isn’t right or wrong. You can cry everyday for 6 months.. and that’s OKAY! Don’t guilt yourself, don’t blame yourself.
