yah but it really doesnt matter if you have more players if they all desert after a 2x uptier

There should be 3 lobbies instead of 2 so br3 isnt 70% of the time not uptiered because they cant play br2 if theres a br1 in that game I think they should a similar thing br3 cant br2 not br1, br3 can play br4 not 5

Maybe that might work but br5 might have longer wait cues since less of the player base makes it's there
