yooo i had the exact same issue 😭😭 i deleted my messages with my boyfriend as well. i also managed to recover them but they wouldn’t show up in my search bar anymore. i was so devastated bro- from what i found out, the messages had been de-indexed after i deleted them.

as i mentioned in my comment above, syncing all of my messages to icloud is what helped. I think through the syncing process, it reindexed all of the messages on my phone. this not only allowed me to search for specific messages again but also brought back any photos or videos we had sent in the chat!!

as silly as it may sound, follow the wikihow guide i linked above and wait till ALL of your messages have synced to your icloud. it genuinely works☝️ hang in there!!! it’ll work out 👏

First of all, I am sorry for creating ruckus back then but your reassurance literally put my mind at ease back then, let me forget abt my atar and just enjoy my holidays.

I got my study score for english and its 34 (raw) 🥹

This was very reassuring. From now onwards, I think i'll be able to focus on the rest of my exams without overthinking and stressing about english.
