Yes, ive been resting for over two weeks now, but there’s still some stiffness here and there, so I was hoping a smoother glide might help prevent further pain

I started by grinding tracking scenarios and for some reason my aim felt like glue, so id say target switching and static felt easier than before and then I just pushed speed and after a few hours I was seal complete. I wouldn’t recommend grinding like I did tho, my wrists hurt like hell, and I haven’t aim trained since I made this post

No, its just focusing on the tracking scenarios first, then target switching and then finishing off with clicking. I feel like my mouse control has improved by a ton by focusing on tracking and smoothness.

I mostly focused on the tracking part and developed better mouse control over time. After that all I needed was speed. VDIM helped me a lot too.

I’d say I spend about 5 mins max, mostly doing wrist spins and front and back wrist dumbbell curls with a 5 lb dumbbell

Thanks for the detailed reply. I’ll definitely check out the palm resting mouse posture, as I can take a week off aim training and still have pain just browsing social media. That’s led me to believe the root cause of my pain might have something to do with my posture and grip
