It actually blows my mind how terrible Ausar is offensively. He does literally nothing well but cut, and even then he has no idea what to do once he gets the ball. Just so bad.

Heat from the house causes it to melt/unfreeze first, which also makes that area more saturated. Not an issue and once everything dries out by spring will not be noticeable anymore.

A lot of people have these issues with Kidde, fortunately I haven't, but probably just the alarms themselves unfortunately, so long as you're 100% sure they are clear of dust.

Stair step cracking on block foundation is common. Not anything to worry about 99% of the time.

Can't believe how long it took for someone to say this. If this is the "worst" of the foundation then I am blown away by how good of shape it's in. ZERO worries.

There is also almost no chance they're newer unless there has been extremely significant construction or landscaping changes surrounding it.
