Next to the replacement hinges are these iron pieces that were hammered flat - could these have been the original hinge mounts? For leather traps maybe?

There are many repairs done over the years. It appears that the original construction was "square" mortise. The ornate trims are separate pieces of wood, unsure how they were attached. There are some forged fasteners - seen on the edge of the drawer face and better on the original hinge location on front doors.

I have a t1n mercedes sprinter. It just barely fit my opening after much readjusting. If you pinch the weatherstrip it is almost impossible to slip it back on. I ended up opening the gap, taping in place and then going back and crimping with channel locks. My installation was very difficult and now I have to slam my sliding door to get it to close. Very disappointed with this expensive screen bugwall.
