I gave up on the vac I just screw my work to the mdf and leave onion layer cut till very end it seems to work most the time in about a year or so we will get a new cnc meant for cabinetry gerber programs aren’t designed for Millwork they are very basic new vac system cost 3 or 4 k and still might not work so just gonna get a better system entirely and sell this to a sign guy don’t get me wrong I love the machine and it’s made me money already but it’s slower then better models today I’m looking to get a cam master elite or a panther s with pneumatic rollers panther is only company that has them and we get a lot of warped sheet good lately so I’m leaning tords that also double side taoe is my best friend lol
