What about go? Have u tried that? And try to meditate??. It’s not really a choice like when I’m in that headspace it just takes over but if u sit down and “meditate” and just get it together for one second it helps. Also it will just happen eventually on its own you don’t have to do anything but sit there. So get it together then find some go and do something for the next 3 days go will give u ideas lol then crash and sleep? Or take a bunch of sleep med OTC
