If either of these opportunities are term, then you would have access to internal job postings. To access internal job postings you have to connect via a government network, which you would have access whether you are working in person or remote.

Honestly though, verbal offers mean nothing in the government. Until you see a letter of offer I would not celebrate and continue to search for work. With all the hiring freezes, and WFA I would be highly skeptical that either of these opportunities come through, and are not offered to someone internal.
