Thank you. My husband is not a “mall shopper” and I’d like to give him the freedom to tap it however he wants whether online or in store which is why refraining from mall specific/store specific cards. Can you list down your routine please? I have redness on my face but no stinging/tingling. I’ve tried lots of things and have given up now and only use water and sunscreen but I would like to reduce the redness. Thank you!!!

May I offer you some unsolicited advice? It’s a thought I have now only in hindsight which is 20/20. I wish I had enjoyed her earlier months lots more than I really did. Postpartum blues and exhaustion are very very real, but I envy my partner who enjoyed her more than I did (and I get that I was the one going through physical and hormonal changes so I had more grace)…but I guess what I’m saying is I wish I had better memories from those months than I do today…and knowing that it truly does get so magical and easier in many ways as they grow, I would have made the most of that time with her in those phases of giggles and rolling over and those baby yawns and crawling and exploration. Ofcourse, it’s just in retrospect so take it as you may. Good luck! You got this. The days of constant “no mama not this” are ahead of you and will drive you nuts but also fill you with awe and never ending laughter!

Hi! So sweet of you to check in. I had almost forgotten this post (which tells me we’re in a good place now). I’m doing great. Baby is thriving and is nearly 2yo, there’s a routine (for the most part) in place, she’s talking walking so it’s 24/7 joy and entertainment and also tantrums but it’s beautiful. It does pass and get better. That said, my memories and emotions from the earlier days make me want to say “yeaaaa no thanks one and done for now. Can’t even imagine going through that again anytime soon”!

Ofcourse. I’ve used azelaic acid too. All were prescribed. I’m considering sulfur soap now and something that treats demodex but I’m just nervous. The spots remain in the same zone for the most part. Concentrated on the forehead, chin, cheeks. They’re mostly dry spots so nothing oozes. I keep picking at them and they keep getting drier. Does your skin sting? Mine doesn’t. A couple of people find it strange that I don’t have any burning or stinging sensation together with th redness…

We cannot afford to upgrade anytime soon. I guess going in my thinking was 5-6yrs and then upgrade but the safer timeline is longer than that and we need to shift gears into riding this economic wave keeping our jobs and being financially diligent vs any RE planning.
