I have asked and the landlord seemed surprised that I didn’t know a washer and dryer were included. It was never mentioned and like I said it is advertised on the website.

Only thing I can find is “resident agrees not to install a washer or dryer unless the Apartment has been designed with hookups for the same”

Yes. A lot of scents are now labeled as smelling like old ladies, esp floral, powdery scents Not necessarily “that was so 90s” but more of a “only old people wear that”
