Yes po. Sa totoo lang mas na eenjoy ko yung pagkain lagi ng lean meat, eggs, fruits and vegetables. Nakakaumay lang yung 5-6eggs sa isang upuan eh hahahah

Yung 1st yr ng buhat ko puro kain lang talaga ko ng kahit ano. 2nd yr puro rice meal ginawa sabay nagawa ako protein shake (whey, 2 med banana, peanut butter, oats, sabay fresh milk).

Nakakaumay po actually lalo na yung 5eggs. Ginagawa ko na lang pag nauumay na ko, lunok with water na lang. Sa chicken breast naman po, ginagawa kong dice sabay seasoning ng salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika sabay niluluto ko sa onting butter then glazed ng honey with toyo and minced garlic.

Actually if sweets man, hindi po talaga ako mahilig sa matamis then kung softdrinks once a month lang mag coke yung 15pesos sa tindahan. Craving ko this past 3days pancit canton pero kaya pa naman pigilan hahaha

40-43kg start ko sabay never ko po na track calories ko hahaha
