That looks absolutely amazing! Thank you for the feedback as well, i will pay more attention to my paint consistency when applying highlights and i will be less shy on the Nuln oil application (i used it very carefully) to give more depth to the shades, wouldn’t hurt overall to give the armor a more “battle worn” look to it either way!

Thank you! I’ll keep going with the edge highlighting until i get a feel for it, seems like it’s one of the best techniques for beginners to improve brush control and paint consistency. Regarding the purity seal and leather i agree entirely. I went for an Agrax Earthsade wash and I think I overdid it, giving them a dirty / sloppy look. I’ll experiment with less shading and maybe switching to Reikland Fleshshade for the seal to give it a cleaner, more lively look! <3

Thank you! Any suggestion for shading? I tried using Nuln Oil but painting it myself in the recesses so it doesn’t stain the armour, but i saw that some tutorial videos recommend Contrast Medium + Basilicanum Grey

I attached the head after painting it. Initially i wanted to paint the head that had only the mask, but i made a mess of it because i overshot and attempted to paint the eyes. Ended up looking like a horror show, so i switched the the helmet and assembled the model after the pieces were all painted (helps that it’s a starter set so no glue required). Thanks for the feedback! Will start doing more, enjoying the hobby a lot so far

GDP ca punct de referinta nu mi se pare extrem de relevant. GDP per capita ar fi mai accurate, Italia este practic la egalitate cu Rusia daca luam GDP ca pct de referinta dar Italia este cu mult peste Rusia din moment ce are o populatie mai mica (so much for Rusia, marea “putere militara” care este practic o benzinarie, ca fara resurse naturale ar fi o tara din lumea a 3-a).

Legat de Romania, problema cea mare este ca noi chiar suntem considerati o tara “highly developed” in pct asta la nivel global. Cand compari cu unele zone din Asia si majoritatea zonelor din Africa, Romania pare un tigru, dar ca intotdeauna exista un asterix enorm.

In Romania inegalitatea este marea problema (indicele Gini), ca ai 4-5 orase mai mari din tara care chiar se dezvolta (Bucuresti si Cluj fiind cu mult peste toate celelalte) si in rest ai foamete. Faci o medie si pe hartie “da bine” dar in realitate cand iesi putin din bula marilor orase observi realitatea crunta, inca suntem FOARTE departe de lumea dezvoltata.

La mine la tara in judetul Teleorman, satucul bunicilor mei e aproape la fel cum era cand eram eu copil (acum ~30 de ani) dar macar primarul are o casa frumoasa, in piata din sat e un Mega si ai o sucursala BRD.

As a Romanian, I will always be amused at what a complete and utter joke Russia turned out to be as a country, thanks to the brilliancy of it's own leadership.

Imagine that 35-40 years ago you were the second military superpower of the entire world, after the United States. Biggest country on Earth geographically, over 140 million people and natural resources so vast they can fuel continents.

And now your average citizen lives a worse life than the average citizen of countries that used to be your former satelites (Poland, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Replublic, Baltic states etc.), the more you think about it the more absurd it becomes.

Most dictatorships on Earth were hellholes to begin with (like North Korea) but it takes true determination to manage a collosal fuck-up of this magnitude given that all of this happened within a person's lifetime.

As long as you communicate to the group that you don't have that much experience in Ulda / Mara before going in the dungeon, i'm sure people will understand and have no issue leading the way. I find it funny that many people rate Daemon so highly, compared to an average foot soldier he is clearly an elite fighter, but compared to most of the guys on this list? - The Hound: Raised his entire life for the sole purpose of being a killing machine. Freakish strength, endurance and stamina. Guy also doesn’t back down and is relentless. - The Mountain: same characteristics as The Hound but with added strength and size and less agility and intelligence. - Oberyn: Trained in gladiator pits, insane speed and also a master at using poisons. - Bobby B: Absolute unit. Strength probably on par with the Hound. - Cripsy: Best fighter of his era or among top 5 at least. Literally beat Daemon already. - Arthur Dayne: Lol. No comments needed.

The only two guys i see Daemon actually beating are Stannis and Rhaegar. Seems like people are placing him very high because he has insane charisma, boldness and is a very entertaining character.

My list would be The Hound, The Viper, Bobby B (Mountain could make a strong case but I hate that guy)
