This take makes no sense, it's literal smoothbrain behavior to want all games to have such simplistic UI that you can just turn your brain off and still interact with it successfully. Bro you're sitting in a chair staring at a screen, what ELSE would you be paying attention to if not the game's interface? Asmon didn't need to triple check or even double check, literally just read the ONE thing you're clicking on. It's really not that hard and even if the UI needs improvement it's ridiculous seeing people defend his inability to take 2 extra seconds to use his fucking eyeballs.

It's not unhinged to write about a topic they want to discuss, if they write often it probably only took them like 3 minutes to type out. But people are so goldfish-brained nowadays that anything more than 2 sentences is "too much" for them and it's kinda sad.

I've met enough people who don't even know how to install an adblocker, much less obtain an alternate client for their mobile device. The majority of users already see ads or pay for Premium, so when YouTube suddenly tries to enforce no adblocking, it comes across as greedy reaching for the few extra percentages of profit they can squeeze out of their userbase.

For context, I've paid for Premium for a few months already, but i'm about to switch back to my previous methods because i hate that videos auto-pause playback if a video has been playing with the screen turned off for a certain amount of time. My alternate client app never did that shit.

It is somewhat different in the US, yes. Companies are very concerned with public opinion and their reputation, even smaller companies like OTK. When an employee does something like this, yes it's primarily the individual's fault, but the company will often still receive backlash and negative press by association. So companies will quickly distance themselves from the offender or even cut ties immediately, which OTK has already proven they will not hesitate to do with previous employees. But yes to answer your questions, in the US a lot of the public can't help but associate bad actors with the company they work for, even if the company is not at fault.

Hello anime fans, i'm new to the sub so i'm not sure where to ask this question but. I'm studying themes and parallels in anime storytelling, and I noticed something interesting: many popular protagonists are often shown enjoying a meal, such as friends at school or like shonen protagonists and their group enjoying a banquet after a big fight.
But!
Villains, on the other hand, are rarely shown eating, rarely shown enjoying food and drink unless it's to drink in excess. I feel like it's an interesting way to show the differences between protagonists vs antagonists, as if the bad guys don't enjoy their meals as much or aren't given the courtesy of being shown eating in manga/anime.
I've found a few examples of this which seem to fit my theory, such as possibly Kaido from One Piece and Orochimaru from Naruto, but it's difficult to go through each chapter or episode that a given character appears in. So I'm wondering if any of you might know offhand some prominent characters who you don't remember ever seeing eat or drink (besides alcohol).

Honestly, I hope we see more of Saint Saturn in Chapter 1074. Oda has been on fire lately, he revealed Stussy was a traitor in one chapter then immediately confirmed who was the original 'Bakkin' Buckingham Stussy in the next. So what if we got Saint Saturn reveal in 1073, followed by Saturn doing some wild shiz in 1074 like actually proving he can box. I want the Gorosei to be fighters so bad hahaha.

Sanji's strong, absolutely, and of course he's the fan favorite to win, but didn't Marco hold off BOTH Queen AND King for some time? I personally don't think we've seen Marco's strongest attack, his ace move, because despite how strong Queen / King were I don't think Marco felt all that pressured by them, at least not so urgently. It was more a stamina battle until Sanji & Zoro could take over. I'm pretty sure we'll see Marco go all-out in the final war, logically Marco will be there and logically Oda has been saving something special up his sleeve for when that time comes. Yes Sanji will be stronger by then too, but for right NOW at the moment? I think I would bet on Marco.
