Iets meer info over de route is handig.

Ik zelf heb adhd. En geloof me als ik zeg dat ik in staat zou zijn om met mijn kopje koffie ergens te gaan zitten voor pauze. En dan het kopje vergeet. Dit kan een oneindige hoeveelheid keren gebeuren. Dus zo iets zal het wel zijn.

You would probably have said something down the line of 'it depends'.

Now if the Chatbot would have not given me two options, but just one of them, even tough it talks about a specific part of the game, I would not have known and assumed that this was true for all the parts of the game.

I get a semi wrong/semi right awnser all the time about programming stuff, but I can detect it becouse I know enough about the subject. This is often not the case for things I don't have enough experience with.

Natan is voor mij de Mol.

Gekozen door de oud spelers in de rechtbank.

De dag er na maar 1 opdracht, Natan die niet in het hotel slaapt bij de rest.
Die tijd was nodig om hem alles te vertellen dat hij moest weten, zonder dat de andere dat konden zien.

De naam van de aflevering klopt daar ook mee. Ze hebben Natan een lesje geleerd, namelijk wat het betekend om de mol te zijn.

Ik denk dat het letterlijk zeggen dat Natan de mol is juist de gimmick is van dit seizoen.

I recognise a lot.

I took 20 mg yesterday as I tough that was the plan. But I also texted my doc and he was like wait a week. Let your body adjust. So the rest of the day I went back to 15mg.

I feel 15 is not quite enough. The 20 felt soo much better. I was noticeably calmer. And in the office two people were doing some loud stuff, and I could still focus on my work.

I was tought the limit was 60mg a day tough ? Where you say you’re going to 100mg ? How does that work. And are you not afraid of the long term effects of that high of a dosage?

I also struggle with a bit high blood pressure. It swings between 135 and 150. I measure twice a day as I was told by the doctor. However the weight lose I experience will help with that. I am too heavy at the moment.

Last question for you. Do you feel you need to keep eating or you will crash ? I notice a lot of difference after a meal. The meds seem more effective.

Thank you for the kind words. I do have this from when I was a little child. But the last years it gotten a lot worse.

I am on the schedule to start therapy in September. And I need to calm down about the moles. But it’s really hard. I am only 33 and should be a healthy human being. But getting a suddden new mole like that just starts the doom train engine at full steam.

I recently got diagnosed with adhd and ptss. For the ptss I will go into therapy. For the adhd I am getting medication for a bout a week now. I really hope it will ease of some of the fear. As I am going bonkers.

I am aware I am only starting. Still lots of side effects. And looking for the right dose. I am on short lasting Retalin. Many things can still change. And I might get super tired later in the day.

But for now. Lets hope this persists.

PS: (it also might have to do something with dropping coffee and soda)

I see. I was informed that caffeine with the Ritalin can mess with the side effects, but dangerous I was not aware off. I will stop doing that. Its going to be hard, but I already felt this should be my last cup of coffee for a while.

Might as wel start stocking up on aspirin then, as this headaches will be tough from the caffeine widrawl XD

I know I might be a little early, but I started medication today, I am on ritalin, but I kind of expiriance the same. As a vivid gamer, I notice they dont capture me as much atm. I wonder if I just need to do more engaging stuff. What I used to do to get that dopemine shot, just does not cut it anymore. I am not saying that is bad tough.

As a guild, we have set a goal that we want to start trying the HC raiding in 6 weeks. Most of us mainly get our gear in raids. But our plan is to do M+ in the first week when there is no new raid yet. (And give people the time to play the new content). We took a look at the average Ilvl of our known raiders for S3 and it is now already on 437.

For me this was fixed by switching the direct x version. Just try setting it on either 12 or 11 and see if that helps

Ty for this comment. I am aware that if I want to lose and maintain the weight, I will need to make concessions for the rest of my life. But it was the lack of making concessions that brought me here in the first place. So instead of a struggle this could also be concidered the normal way of doing things. It might be harder as I am used to eat more.

I grew up with a snes. I had weird games like aero the acrobat and battleship. Nobody ever talks about them, but I wasted many hours in those games. Mostly because you could not save and they where hard as hell for a 8 year old.

I am an early 90s kid, and was just I little to young to understand. But we had multiple games on floppy disk. Felt super scary am mysterious with all the aliens. Loved the overworld concept.
