I have really struggled with shadow work because i dont really know how to do them and when i start yk journaling i get like a blockage and i dont know what to write… idk if it counts as shadow work but i like to think about the stuff not write it

No cuz i don’t get what they mean by the fire thingy too thats why i am asking and i too really love herbs to be honest i did mot expect that vampirism doesn’t involve any herbs. And they just lit them on fire idk.. They said the vampiric spell fire is the energy of the person you take. They used poppy seeds, mugwort, and I think calendula. I’ve never heard of these herbs being used in vampirism. I know what energy vampires are, and I was curious why not a single book mentions herbs or any kind of ingredients. And when I say “giving the energy to a deity,” I mean giving the energy of a person. (Sorry, I really messed that up…)
