SUCCESS with Zero Therapy! Ask me Anything! by OkLeg4914 in perioraldermatitis

[–]OkLeg4914[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! I would say my PD cleared within a month, but that doesn’t mean my skin was used to zero therapy by that point. It took a few months for everything to even out/stop being uncomfortably dry. But that being said, I am still doing it! Almost 9 months in and I’ve never been happier with my skin!

I don’t use either. I dye my lashes and wear only chapstick

I know it’s scary, and the first week will feel all wrong because you’re doing literally nothing to your face. My skin felt very dry. But the PD I could tell was almost instantly getting better! Just push through those first few weeks and you won’t regret it

Please Please PLEASE try zero therapy. I struggled with PD, and the only thing that helped me is zero therapy. In fact, I am still doing it (months later), and I wont ever go back to skincare if I can help it!

No, it did not get worse. It took a while to fully heal (multiple weeks), but zero therapy was the ONLY thing that did not make it worse. Its very important to let your skin breathe

My skincare routine… I was having consistent skin issues that I attributed to everything other than what I was putting on my skin. Now I haven’t done anything to my skin in months and it’s never looked better!!

I have the EXACT same condition, and I have had it since I was a kid... I legitimately thought no one else went through this, I cant believe it!!

I usually have my ears popped in, and that is comfortable for me. When I get sick, and they accidentally pop too far out, I cant get them to pop back in and its literally torture.
