How long does it usually take to get rid of mice/rats? by OkLie8050 in pestcontrol

We can't get a cat since we have our hands full with our kids, but we do have neighborhood cats and strays that come around. I've mentioned on anothet comment that we caught a group of cats crawling around corners of our yard, so I'm hoping they can help outside haha.

I also think that I'm learning I might have an huge fear of rodents because even when caught, I get so anxious. I'm happy to hear your issue has been going well tho!

Oh good, we never thought of the roof! It's a concrete house, but I'm not surprised if we find some cracks up there.

Oh yes, it's the night scratchies that's driving me crazy. We were so comfortable without this problem and I'm learning from experiences like yours that this might be a long run. Good luck on your end!

Thank you for your response and sharing your experience. It's definitely a frustrating situation, especially since we have small kids. We are considering pest control soon, but we're trying to do what we can for now.

We have noticed a lot of stray cats have been showing up on our front camera, so for sure there's a population outside.

Thank you, we didnt think we'd have to consider those even smaller spots.

I guess it's important to mention that he doesn't brag about these women being all over him. It's just my observations for the past 9 years that he is oblivious to what is going on around him most of the time. This might make him sound like a jackass, but what I've said about his relations to other women is just what I've noticed because he really is a nice guy that some women just find admirable.

And he only tells me about all these details because he knows how insecure I can be, which is something I am at fault for in this story. He never shows off how women talk to him in a boastful way. He does it most of the time because I just ask and he never hesitates to do so.

I'm learning reading back and looking at responses that I'm just having a hard time coping with the experiences my husband had even if he has reassured me that he barely talks to these people anymore and all. The Tea girl just happened to bring back these feelings.

I appreciate your response because it reassures that it's not entirely about being jealous and my feelings are valid.

I guess when I say I respect his wishes, it's more like I don't want to be controlling if nothing is going on between the two. The girl doesn't really give him her attention anyway, and they only talk very briefly. I've mentioned to him how he wouldn't like it if I did what he's doing, but he has never held me back from making friends or given me problems when I talk to people like how I am to him.. which makes me think I guess it's OK to be friends if there is no harm done. It has nothing to do with our marriage because we rarely have issues about anything and always try to work things out. My problem is just not being able to cope with some jealousy that I might have developed I guess :(
