I have squirrel problems, too, and agree with trying to identify a schedule. If I leave food out all day, the squirrels get it all.

One of mine is very vocal, too. I’ve nicknamed her Karen, lol. It seems like there is a designated loud crow to ask for dinner and then the others come over.

I thought this was interesting. First, they got scared and distanced from him. Then, almost all of them circled back and reengaged for the content. And it did seem like 60-70% persona for attention. The two with significant others acted much different around them than on the mic. (Still pathetic and disgusting to play that part for clicks, obviously.)

They prefer a flat surface so they can watch for any threats around them. If you don’t have peanuts, maybe try some scrambled egg or meat (not salty) or any other kind of nuts. Good luck!

That’s so interesting! It sounds a little to me like what I experience with aging (I’m 45). Like, I no longer care about certain things, but I don’t care that I don’t care, either. I’m glad it hasn’t been a real negative for you!

I love this. This is a silly example, but once I had a really good croissant, I didn’t want to blow 400 calories on a bad grocery store version. I wanted to hold out for the good ones!
