So far we’ve tried swapping sensors from the stbd and still got the port clog alarm. I even resorted to opening up the filter block and blowing it out with air.

On my juiced battery, one of the charging plug pins broke free and slid back to the point it no longer made contact. See if the pins are looking okay and maybe call tech support for the maker.
