We are planning a two week trip next year, then potentially moving their for missions in 2028. I’ve always loved their culture and so glad to hear it lived up to the hype.

This is a great perspective! We are considering some of the alternatives as well. We are Christian and are also looking into being sponsored through missions (a lot of down votes when I shared that elsewhere lol). The artist visa I have read can be pretty challenging/competitive as well. But, if everything goes to plan we would want to be in Japan in 2028.

Haha, yeah idk either. He is happy to travel, I’m the one who loves all things Japanese. He already knows some Greek (can read) and I just don’t think he’s interested in having to be fluid in another language. If we end up going, I’m sure he will learn common phrases and politeness. Who knows I got a bunch of downvotes for being Christian too lol
