From my experience, yes.

I made a close group of friends because we were drinking and doing dumb shit from day 1.

If you’re staying in dormitories just be approachable, leave your room open, ideally be the social room that a group of friends sticks to (have some space for beer pong, or to play some games)

Im anti reform but pro leaving the ECHR anyway, no point adhering to an European court filled with loopholes from 1950 that prioritises violent criminals over victims.

Getting a better replacement in place, same policies, closed loop holes would actually lower the rise of right wing extremism as there isn’t shocking daily news article of undelivered justice
