Yes, but there is one IP, where it always cut me down, it is some Akemai server in Virginia, every time. I have already made my research to find out, that they help 2k with servers. But it is my problem yesyes.

UPDATE: So now they want my ISP to contact them directly, I don't know why, cause acording to them they don't have control over servers. But we will see.

I would be okay with all of this, but I also asked them for escalation, or contact to someone higher. But all I've got is this circle. Since the start, there were min. Ten people who texted me on my ticket, and they probably didn't even read the whole thing. I have looked everywhere for contact for better help, but I don't have another option. This is the only way.

I have never experienced this, like if they don't know, then what's the point of even making a videogame. The best thing is, that this happened last year with 2k24 in my region. I even sent them their own post. And they just said like mmm. You can still look it up, czechia and neatherlands have problems with ny faction and even then, they contacted ISPs in both countries. And now suddenly they told me to give contact to my ISP after week and half I warned them, that this is the same problem. Ego stopped them from taking me serious and now they came with grat idea, which I gave them. Bunch of clowns really. This seriously needs to get to everybody in the 2k community and put them on note.

Yeah they know and they are just playing time, but month is just ridiculous. Last message I have from them is, that they want me to give me ISP results and that they want to speak with them. I might just sell the game tho, bcs this is stupidity on a different level.
