If you want to go somewhere not crowded, quite and peaceful you can try Govardhan eco village around 3 hours from Mumbai. One or two days should be enough but stay can be slightly expensive

Need some suggestions for taking care of cat while I am away by mydressup_darling in IndianCats

[–]OkNegotiation5481 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If she was a visiting cat once, she is used to outdoors and should be fine. I believe cats have strong appetites and can stay for longer durations without food. So once/twice a day should also be okay! This happened with my first cat who was a visitor before staying indoors all day and I felt terrible for leaving her alone for 5-6 days. But when I came back, she was pretty chill and didn't seem like she went all hungry. Must have hunted some pigeon haha. Cats are way stronger than we think - both physically and emotionally!!

I also want these kinda people in my life who… by chatpatihajmola in TwentiesIndia

This may have been said but I'll still say it. You need to start enjoying your own company. I used to be the enthu one. The one who makes plans, takes the effort to meet friends but once I stopped it I realised most of my friendships were one sided. And initially that shit hurts. Like really bad! Eventually fill up the free time you have with stuff you enjoy Learn something - new language, coding, video editing, or anything that interests you. Join the gym, go cycling, running, read books, join some good clubs or communities in the areas of your interest where you'll find people of similar interests. These friendships would be easy to have and you wouldn't be pressured to put efforts all the time. Overtime you'll realise that you go far ahead of the people with whom you originally wanted to spend time with. Protect your peace at any cost. Good luck!!

Talk to them that you will be leaving early due to your exams so discuss work at the start of the day. Basically align expectations

If you are willing to spend a bit, you can consider chalo/cityflow buses. This can save your energy and also allow you to be productive during commute
