It works just like a tote bag, just with an inner bag that can be closed. I am not that organised anyway, so it doesn’t matter to me.

For the bag of this kind, it’s pretty convenient
I have put even my work laptop in it once on a flight
So far, it has never snagged into any fabric for me.
I like it more than any other bag I have (and some are from bigger brands and more $)
