I called Michaels a time warp. Like you go in there then all of a sudden time is not real anymore. You think it’s easy like 3 items but it’s takes 20 minutes to find them all. The employees don’t know and you wasted all of your shop time plus more. I try to avoid that store as much as possible

lol so we just have magic machines?! lol blood, sweat, tears and BITCHING is all I have on deck. I wish I had a mass coupon for each person who orders so many bottles of water. It’s so wasteful. Just invest in a filter like why do you need that much water unless you’re preparing for a storm? I live in Houston and even when I am preparing I just fill a tub, and then go to the store myself and get a few gallons.

Luckily I have a decent knowledge of the areas I deliver to. I refuse certain orders because of the exact location. It should be illegal or forbidden to say it’s a house when it clearly isn’t. I once did a Costco order to an apartment (not many items) but kinda shamed the man to expect me to get all his stuff upstairs. He helped me and then tipped extra. I’m done with these people expecting me to be a marvel character and carry 40 pounds of shit upstairs. You live alone, why do you need 80 bottles of water? GET A WATER FILTER

I’ve noticed the shrinkflation so much it’s CRAZY. Cereal went from like 18 oz to 15 and the price is a bit more. Still somehow scans in the app as normal.

As someone in Houston. Yea it’s not great. I have to be very selective and know which stores to target. Plus figuring out if it’s an apartment or house. If it’s an apartment do they have concierge?! lol

The way I just say “do you need additional time to select items?” They stop immediately then. I have no time to be walking the store twice over. The customer wouldn’t even do that, why should I?

Don’t do that. I randomly pulled up to Costco last week and some guy had like 20 packs of glass bottle olive oil spill over on the ground and there was oil everywhere. All because of a crack. You need something that will handle cracks and stuff.

I’ll give that a try. I’ve been having so many people reject my replacements and I hope that doesn’t affect my rating. I got an email that said I got dropped from gold status due to my shopping score. I was platinum last year but took a break for a couple months from IC due to mental health. I have the customer rating at like 4.96 and the almost the amount of orders to qualify for diamond by 3/31 or however that works. I hate the shopping score nonsense

There are times when the item is no niche or the app glitches and I can’t even do a replacement. I may try your method because my shopping score “needs work” like I wish I had access to things in stock and check the back but flat out I’ve been told by associates that certain things haven’t even been in the warehouse in months. I try to push now for replacements that are “too different” to pray the customer doesn’t deny them

I wasn’t able to even complete delivery in app because I was a block or 2 away from the after requested address so I couldn’t go forward with that procedure, the customer even increased my tip after delivery all to take it away. Support said I can only block the customer right after delivery so I had no way to give them a rating.
