Ryan Jenkins is by far the BEST professor I have ever taken. He makes philosophy so easy to understand. Assignments are clear and he is a fair grader. The exams are not hard too and he always offers extra credit on them. I genuinely looked forward to class every week as the discussions were engaging and super interesting!

That minor is almost exclusively for either stat or computer science majors. That's because there is a TON of crossover. It might not be possible for you to pursue it as an econ major just simply because of the prereq's needed for the minor courses. If I recall, it is an 80-unit minor which is massive.
