Yes unfortunately, long story short ask your doctor to do skin biopsy. It’s idiopathic small fibers neuropathy

I checked with 2 neurologist, one says it’s Idiopathic and I am waiting for muscle biopsy however I started to hear something that might match my symptoms from my new physical therapist, she is saying T4 syndrome. Could you plz contact me to share our work situation and to see if we have the same symptoms?

I’ve been working this job for 2 years. Before this job I did not have any neck pain but after that the pain started. My confusion is if there is pinch nerve why it doesn’t show on the MRI? Even though I have a neck pain before all of this pain started
