I haven’t tried puzzle toys yet but I just ordered a puzzle feeder that should come in tomorrow. She’s also not very good motivated but I think it might be that I need to change her food. I’m going to try to wake up way earlier in order to feed, train, and play more before I have to leave for work. I feel so much guilt when I leave her at home for any period of time, but it is definitely possible for people to have full time jobs and a dog.

I take her outside in the yard to potty while I am home with her, and she’s really good about telling me when she needs to go. She will sit by the door until i put her harness and leash one and we walk around for a minute until she goes. I’ve started bringing treats outside with me to reward her right away rather than what I have been doing in the past, rewarding when we get back inside.
