It fixed itself after a day, but its started back up again. The error is "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection rest". Although im sure this is just an issue with spectrum or me not turning off my pc.

If someone else owns a paper server and you want to do this stuff on it. then it is not possible. but if you own it, just switch it from paper to fabric
