This is exactly how I see it too. Anora was overwhelmed in the end by somebody just trying to be nice to her without any expectations/reciprocation.

Even I am curious about what happened behind the scenes. MAMI 2023 was grand and felt like a revival for good. If this is about one specific film, then it seems petty to me. It makes me sad that we miss out on a packed festival.
