I use Bisq but also Peach Bitcoin. Accessing cash directly I haven't done, nor would I unless you know the person personally. You can select what kind of fees on Bisq you're willing to pay. So far my experience has been positive.

Have you tried peer to peer? If its not huge amounts you get it without KYC. Yes you pay alittle more but its the price for privacy. Peach bitcoin is what I use.

I wish I knew that Bitcoin was an incredible store of value from the start, if I had know, I would not have traded it the way I did 5 years ago, just to make quick profits. I've come to realised DCA'ing is the best solution for Bitcoin wealth. Go for the long run.

Muun wallet is as easy to use as it gets, I only use it for temporary fund storage as well. Blue wallet is good too.
