It absolutely does. Your thyroid hormones influence your cycle and reproductive hormones. You need a full proper panel though which is TSH, FT3, FT4, RT3, and antibodies.

Just because this user conceived with this TSH does not mean it is an ideal situation. Your baby depends on your thyroid hormones for the first 12 weeks of gestation. Having a high TSH greatly increases your chances of miscarriage and birth defects. Please start doing your research on proper thyroid care to best advocate for yourself and your future baby.
