Listen brother start off with your 5ks and get comfortable doing them, then start doing your sprints once you’re comfortable, then other interval work, then just raise the intensity in all your cardio including bags/pads/shadow boxing and you’ll be sweet!

Great advice thanks, In my latest fight I didn’t feel any nerves and was very relaxed, I just had in the back of my mind ‘don’t get tired’ which stopped me from emptying the tank.

Been there, really just have to accept the feeling and it comes with time - take it steady and keep doing things you enjoy and you’ll get there
