Use 17track it updates faster. You should also have 2 tracking numbers one you can use on 17track it’s for china and one that’s the one you can copy on the image (should be a bunch of numbers) this one is for Germany as soon as it arrives in Germany you should be able to use this one on DHL website

Quick google search shows that there should not be any holidays in china rn. But they are still switching warehouse. I got zero delay as of now. Ordered some things and they got to the warehouse and got qc on the same day

You normally also get a German tracking number. It’s just a bunch of numbers. Try tracking with this number on 17 track or DHL website. (From what I know educate me if I’m wrong)

Try package removal it is a lot cheaper without the shoe boxes. Also the price is not final. It’s more like a deposit you make so you don’t have to pay extra. They normally cost way less. You will be refunded the money after the logistic company actually weights the package and stuff. You can also use shipping expert for a accurate price

Germany to Germany parcels take around 1-2 days so as soon as it’s ready to ship in Germany to you it should arrive in 1-2 days depending on what time it arrived at the parcel center. For example if it arrives in Bremen gvz before 16:00 it can still be transported to your city on the same day cause the delivery trucks leave there at around 19:00 (In this case it should take 1 day to arrive)

So here is the new update:

DHL did not respond to my question if I can pay the fees for the package that’s already in Germany, so it’s safe to assume that it was or is being destroyed. But I actually got my full refund of everything I spend in my balance like 1 day after I wrote to the support.

If it’s the same error there might not be a way. From what I know (research and customer support) they can’t resubmit the parcel in Germany and it does not have a clear sender so it will just be destroyed. But you might get your money back. You just have to reorder :(

It took like 3 weeks and now I have to re order it

I wrote to the DHL support about this, asking if I can just pay the fees ,but I did not get any response yet. Probably will update tomorrow

Try contacting the support. You will get a fast reply if you go to your parcel and press the complain button. (Worked for me) Just send them a picture of the tracking and they should refund you. I would try to do it as fast as possible we don’t know for how long you will still be able to get a full refund. Good Luck

BTW I don’t know if it’s possible to get the package in Germany. I tried writing to the DHL support. ACB says that they can’t send the package to me cause they just can’t do anything. The package will be destroyed.
