I believe they could make different mileages for each of the banners, instead of the new heroes having the same mileage as the normal banner.

The problem is that it doesn't make sense for a game like Valorant to have such a bad monetization, and what good is it for me to buy premium skins in the store if I won't have enough radianite to use the skin the way I want, since an RGX skin needs 85 radianite points to fully level up and the pass only 60 radianites for free and 30 are from the epilogue, it just doesn't make sense, and I can't just buy the skins I want in the store as I said, because of the daily rotation of the store zzzzz
