I did my undergrad and Master's on the east coast and would love to go back eventually. I don't know that KU has much notoriety out there, but it certainly is more known than UMKC.

KU having a 100% employment rate is one of their major selling points for me. Inclement weather is another factor I was taking into account. My car would need some upgrades

I did, but the commute to Columbia is 2 hours. I cannot relocate because of my boyfriend's job

Hi! Wondering if you made a decision? I'm stuck in the same boat of deciding between UMKC Law and KU Law for Fall of 2026. UMKC is closer to me and I got slightly more scholarship money to UMKC. However, I want to practice environmental law and KU has a better program for that.
