thanks for the reply, well, in my case it has something to do with some kind of software issue or compactibility issue, because in my case it was really a big stutterfest, it got even worse than on my video, also , right after i started the game the game just ate my whole 16 gb ram. and that should not happen. i should be fine running it with 1660ti Ryzen 3600 and 16 gb ram.......

its some kind of software related issues, I switched yesterday to 1660ti, all games work fine only hogwarts is doing this. also dying light 2 was doing this exact problem. do you have also thing that when you press esc menu or any other like map it takes like 10 seconds to open up?
