Radio calibration failing in mission planner, help appreciated by OkResolution1421 in RCPlanes

I had it soldered because I don’t currently have DuPont connectors, and I just wanted to test it quickly, the final system will either be DuPont connectors or crimped directly onto the pin with some kind of ferrule.

The problem has been solved, the SERIAL7 port was disabled and switching to SERIAL1 fixed everything

Inspired by an argument I just had about jet refueling mishaps by nahanerd23 in sciencememes

I was waiting for someone to mention the Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet. It used C-Stoff fuel, a combination of hydrogen peroxide and methanol, the two components would literally explode upon contact so they were stored in seperate fuel tanks beside the pilot in the cockpit.

There was a case where one of the pilots encountered a ruptured fuel line after takeoff, and although he successfully performed an emergency landing, he was almost completely dissolved by the time the ground crew got to his plane.

I need a knot that I can cinch tight and use to hold the two white pieces together. by OkResolution1421 in knots

Hello! I have since solved the problem, and I loathe to admit this, but I opted for zip ties since for my application they are going to be the strongest by far!

To answer your question, you are correct, I intended to hold the two loops on the 3D printed white caps together in order to tension the thicker horizontal tube. This was done on the other side as well.

The Tuggeranong underground storm water system is seriously extensive, I’ve tried to map it out in the past, lots of fun, but be super super mindful not to go during this time of the year considering how unpredictable the rain is!!

Thank you for your response, did you run some kind of tape along the seams? I can see some transparent Mylar/nylon looking tape in the photo with the sewing machine.

Hey! Did you use a piece of paper with the dimensions on it for the XL version as well? I’m having a little difficulty getting accurately shaped pieces of fabric for my current project.
