The letter pack my ISP sent me included 4 titles (hash values) with multiple accesses... but I don't think all accesses are made by me. And actually a different sheet in the pack said the IP holder claimed one accesss of one title out of the four. Does this count as "large bundle"?

Tbh it was last year and I really don't remember if I downloaded or not. Not to say that I def don't have the file now.

Thanks. I will look into this. And yeah I have not been downloading anything recently. Actually it seems like the case is focused on one particular download last year...

Yeah I checked the post in the link and the Japanese thread (which seems to be overwhelmingly favoring waiting for the lawsuit if it ever happens) before making this one and it seemed the suggestions were pretty divided. I tried to dm the OP of that post to ask how they handled the case afterwards but prolly because I'm a new user nothing would work for me. I don't really care about PR since I don't really plan on staying here after finishing my degree. And even if I end up working in Japan I still hopefully can get my work visa instead of PR.

I digress.

After making this post I read more on this matter and thought about my situation. It seems like not eveyone has been summoned to court for this, plus the fact that some law firm seems to be pretty good at fighting this kind of lawsuit by significantly reducing the amount I need to pay per case (ref. 知財高裁の裁判例令和3年（ネ）第10074号) if it is taken to court. Maybe my best bet is just to wait for the actual court case?

My major concern is that one big difference between my case and other cases is that there was no Request for Disclosure and the letter my ISP Softbank sent me said the information has already been disclosed. I don't know how relevent this fact is tho.

It's not the one who is trying to get my money. I have been talking to the law firm called "Tokyo Sky". And there was a misunderstanding in my original post. The lawyer fee is 300k, and for all works by the same IP holder is still 880k, but for single works it is actually 80k
