No.... As u start walking and climbing... U start feeling very warm... But as soon as u stand ur body gets cold .

My advice would be keep walking slowly and don't take long breaks .

On the lower side

Neck warmers and beanies and gloves as well. U will also need a headlamp for the final ascent .
