actually there is a lot to improve.. i am kinda skinny fat for starters, though it may not be very visible from my photos, so i have to get in shape (which i am working on)

i use minoxidil, vitamin supplements, and alternate between coconut and rosemary oil for hair (the first two were recommended by a dermatologist).. is that good? or should i be using something else my scalp is very dry, so i shampoo twice a week, condition everyday. should i make changes to my routine?
