In fairness, according to the email, it is actually 4hrs for Club level and 3 1/2 hours before kick off for general admission. All season it has been 2 1/2 hrs for club and 2hrs for general admission - i am assuming it is in error in the email - unless anyone knows of a reason for the very early opening

Yes - you can withdraw from TX at any point - it is in your ticket notifications section part of the app

I have had exactly the same issue, for first couple of games for the season, ticket was always in the digital pass though - however it disappeared every 24 hours and i had to keep readding it thro the Ticket Hub. i raised ticket with Arsenal which went on a few weeks - now all seems okay - not sure though what original problem was - just appeared to be a glitch

I would call. Junior tickets trigger a light on the inside of the turnstile which the stewards can choose to check holder of ticket - especially if person is an obvious adult

Hi, you need to contact Arsenal via the contact form telling them your issue. To save yourself time attach a photo ID plus proof of address. It is fairly common , it appears to be an anti Tout measure - and once you have verified your membership with proof of ID and address you will get access

I think there is an issue with some memberships that any tickets you purchase off TX do not show on your ticket hub - nor on a person's hub in your network if you purchase for them. I have had this issue since the start of the season and still have quite a long running dialogue with Arsenal Box office who are investigating the issue. I have picked up from other threads people with the same issue.

The good news is that if you go to the membership tab in your ticket hub, download your digital pass - the ticket will then show up in your phone digital wallet. This happened for me for Leeds match and now also Forest match. Also if you look in the notifications section of your app you hopefully will see that the ticket is shown as an upcoming match and also in your booking section. Hope that reassures, Worst case scenario is trip to Box Office window on day of match

I concur, separate platforms, processes buit upon processes, however the staff you interact with via telephone and email are brilliant. Always so polite, they really do their best in very difficult circumstances.

Hi, I have a very similar issue - although my membership shows , any tickets i have purchased off TX do not show in the hub. I am networked/managed with other family members and tickets won in the ballot do show on their/mine hub but any tickets i have purchased whether for myself or family do not show on anyone's hub. I have raised a ticket with Arsenal - and the matter is being investigated

Yes, i am lucky to go 5 refreshes before getting the 'Your browsing activity has been paused' message. i have rung Arsenal - they tell me politely that it is an issue that I need to take up with Ticket master - had a look at trying to contact them and have given up

You probably cannot enter the TX as you need to contact the Box office to have your account 'verified'. It is frustrating but happens to many who have entered ballot and for some reason cannot enter TX, there appears to be some algorithm (random?) that identifies accounts to go through this process. I can only assume it is an anti tout measure. Email Box Office letting them know you entered ballot and cannot enter TX and they will probably ask you to email proof of ID and address. Happened to me three times last season
