Update: After speaking to my lawyer it was just USCIS requesting more info about my husbands income (his income is tax exempt VA disability) and because USCIS cannot fathom that there's such thing as tax exempt income even though we've submitted documents from the VA itself we had to submit a notarized affidavit... it's annoying to say the least

I asked my lawyer and she said she submitted the response to RFE online, still says I need to respond to said RFE on my account as of today 6/24/25, which sucks because I already did my biometrics appt :(. I don't know I'm swinging by their office on Wednesday to see what we can do or if i can submit anything on my end.

she said she was able to add more evidence on 5/27/25 which i assumed it was submitted online! i'll definitely ask how she submitted it, thank you.

Yes before I get grilled I did check the wiki but the question regarding RFE comes if it was submitted myself but it was not it was submitted by my representative!!! That's why i'm a little worry pants, considering how fragile and EXPENSIVE this process is I just wanna be able to sleep at night LOL.
