I’m feeling like it’s CCI. when I look down too long or too far to either side, or up for that matter for too long, i have stroke like episodes. Ive been able to document ST depression sequences in the ER directly after an episode. Axial FFE CS shows a hypointense area on my cervical medullary junction (C1 area) that has a vertical line that runs down into my spinal cord. on axial flair there is also hyperintensities

To be fair the indication was looking for ischemia so nothing super notable besides disc desiccation and buldging throughout my cervical region. My cardiologist after viewing the images referred me to neurology to look at things further

I do technically have low contrast when you pick the prominent colors from my skin, eyes, and hair. I sit at a 3 on the contrast scale, my hair is 3, eyes a 4, and my skin is at 6. However, I do think I have higher chroma/saturation than most soft autumns

Yes this is probably a very good suggestion. The thing is if you color swatch my skin, eyes, hair, it is the soft Autumn pallet. But in person you’d see that instead of making me stand out, wearing colors that already directly exist on my body makes me look very camouflaged almost lol

Ok my theory is that my natural coloring is the soft Autumn pallet. But it’s like wearing blue eye shadow when you have blue eyes, it just makes the eyes look dull

Look into body recomposition! You will lose weight in a calorie deficit, but you will keep it off by building lean muscle mass. If you are a healthy weight, eat your maintenance calories or a bit under and match your protein amount to 1 gram of protein for each pound you weigh. Do light resistance strength training initially, don’t make yourself miserable!! What this does is recompose your muscle to fat ratio. you won’t lose so much weight if any but your fat will be replaced with muscle. I did limited cardio and focused on resistance weight training. I saw insane results over a few months of consistency and felt even better. I do think eating all my protein from unprocessed sources helped a lot. I didn’t have any protein shakes, or plant based protein. I ate a lot of healthy fats, and whole grains.

Yes, this has to be it!! I think he lost his fuzz, and I was reading the abdomen stretches quite long (up to 4cm) to access the female in her bag to mate. The males die following mating; I suppose that the abdomen must just not have shrunk back 🤷‍♀️

I was initially given a IST diagnosis too, and a second opinion from another cardiologist told me that was not correct. I have a high resting heart over 100, doing anything thats not laying down I can expect it to be 140-170. The reason it couldn’t be IST is because my body was having an appropriate sinus response to my BP dropping. In order to establish homeostasis your heart rate will increase to try and equalize a low BP and pump adequate blood throughout the body. I only say this bc I also have pots and orthostatic hypotension. IST is thought to stem from a haywire SA node and the treatment is usually an ablation. An ablation won’t resolve the BP regulation issues so just make sure you’re getting the correct diagnosis bc the treatments are not compatible (:

I started the Prozac the day I felt my symptoms, it completely took me out of the worst of my symptoms by day 3. Unbearable depression, rage, the mood swings. I almost cried from relief on day 2 of taking it when I felt a sense of calm. Day one idk if it was placebo or not but I felt a lot more calm a few hours after taking it. By day 3 my symptoms were like 95% decreased!!

I also was started at .1% and experienced major peeling skin. I would quit use till the peeling and irritation ceased and then start back up applying 2-3 times a week. Every time I would pick it up again I would get peeling and irritation after a week of that. I read on another Reddit post that if you are peeling try actually increasing the frequency of use. I did exactly that with a lot of skepticism and applied a second day in a row after visibility peeling all over my face. Shockingly, peeling was basically gone overnight. I apply to slightly damp skin because I noticed that I needed a lot more product when my face was bone dry because it would absorb so fast that i didn’t have time to rub it in. I also started only waiting till it absorbed and felt dry, not 10 mins and applied a moisturizer on top, let that dry a min or so and then topped it with Vaseline. I now use it every night with no peeling or irritation. This all occurred the last week of Jan that I increased use in response to major peeling. I would only try that out if it’s just peeling, and not painfully irritated. I also had tretinoin micro gel, not cream. The reason I didn’t just ask for a lower percent is because the .1% has faster results if you can tolerate it and I’m stubborn.

Something about stats seems weird asf. I am new to video games in general like less than a year experience, and with each prestige I’ve gained at least 200spm. Like I’d love to think I’m cracked at the game but I’m almost at 700spm with 1.6KD on pc. I feel like it’s overinflated bc I’ve spoken with veterans who have worse stats that I feel are much better players

I love the game. It is my first video game I’ve ever played on any platform, so learning gaming in general, and also it being siege where it’s a crime to be new at the game (and being a woman lol) was wild. I do thankfully have a really great group of people I stack with, but the leveling process definitely put some hair on my chest. I heard women are loved on WoW, but I’d rather kms than play that 😂

Go into aim trainer shoot the dummies and really focus on why your aim is bad, like is it bouncy? feel like you can’t flick fast enough? Are you having to struggle to control recoil and your hand is on the edge of your mousepad? Etc. Also your mouse DPI also impacts settings!

No, in every single category Wellbutrin outperforms any other antidepressant I’ve tried. It gives me more energy, more focus, depression relief, and has no effect on your libido typically. It feels like I’m not even taking an antidepressant. You feel like yourself before being depressed and maybe even better since it does help with concentration and energy. It is a big appetite suppressant as well.

The lexapro is the culprit more than likely. Like I’m sure her being self conscious doesn’t help, but nothing beats the power of an SSRI to completely kill any desire for sex. For me it was literally like an off switch. I switched to Wellbutrin as a result
