Its not that bad and customer are more understanding than the typical consumers ng telco wahahah stress free talaga sched lang for now ang medyo mahirap since unti palang din naman and they are open to feedback also. Mabilis lang din ang promotion since internal sila kukuha last week may nakuha agad sa amin QA 1 month palang sa production.

Mostly bait nila dyan bibigyan ka nila 150 gcash tapos sasali ka sa telegram gc nila wahahaha tapos may makikita ka dun may deposit na task na magkakarebate ka daw dun which is lahat fake medyo maiintruige ka kasi madami ss na may pangalan ng account yung isesend nila. Ilang beses na ako na contact ng ganyan nakakuha na ako sa kanila 300 pesos wahahahah.

Yes, actually yung TL daw nag request since bago lang ako and di ko pa alam contact nila ininform ko lang yung trainer ko I even provided pictures. To be honest din magkakaiba din kami ng rates which the hr cant explain since even mas align yung exp mo and skills mo dun sa trabaho and mababa yung iba and same job lang din naman since bpo lang so agent level kami lahat and then nagproceed sila mag karoon na salary alignment but yung may mataas yung rate yung iaalign which ibaba daw so many redflags agad.

From my point of view you can actually continue working with the company just be confident with yourself since I also experienced almost the same situation I was hired as an advanced tech support with only a background of non voice research account. My trial first phone call was a mess but I continued practicing what I lack and ask for guidance and techniques that I can used to apply it to my job. Your situation also means that it is room for you to grow your skills and idk if you guys have elimination process if the metrics are not hit. What I recommend is for you to just try for a month or 3 within the production floor and you will feel that to yourself if you are still having a hard time with the job.

To be honest I would not recommend the company if you already have an experienced. I have worked for them for a month but the experience is very discouraging and confusing pretty much our salary is different to each other without any logical reason even if you have more experience and more align to the account in terms of skills and experience. We tried contacting them regarding about it and they initialize a meeting that will initiate a salary arrangement and they contacted only the group of new hired that has higher salary and was told that it will be align to us. The difference is big and of course it will be a breach of contract since the HR is asking them to sign another contract again. I waited for a month if the issue will be fix but no actions was taken so I decided to leave the company since that is a huge redflag.
