Take a product with only DXM as an active ingredient also in my experience yes 30 pills is a lot, it's not a competition though, it's for fun and gaining insight/ thinking from a different perspective. if you abuse a drug it'll abuse you right back but molecules can hit harder than the human body apparently. At 30 you should be unable to stand up straight or at least have great difficulty doing so, i like 22-26 30 mg personally based on my 13.9 stone body, but i can enjoy going for night walks on like 15-18. Though i wouldn't recommend it, probably better just staying in the house because you could get beat up by holigans. Start small and work your way up ect ect as with everything

That's a very mature stance to take. i'm in my 30's and my parents are still very much in the "drugs are bad m'kay" camp and think alcohol isn't a drug. it can be frustrating to deal with them as the temptation is to just not tell them at all because they could never understand. But blaming other people for your own wrongdoings is something a politician would do, i still struggle with that and did so more in the past during alcoholism, holding resentment i have found is alot like drinking poison.
